This policy applies to service-based retreat experiences provided by Wisal Retreats and does not apply to physical products or the sale of flight tickets.

Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 60 days before the retreat start date:
    Participants are eligible for a refund, subject to deduction of administrative and processing fees.

  • Between 60 and 30 days before the retreat start date:
    Participants are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat start date:
    No refunds will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the retreat without prior written notice will be considered a no-show.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Cancellation by Wisal Retreats

In the event that Wisal Retreats cancels a retreat for any reason, participants will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or

  • The option to transfer the amount paid to a future retreat.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Payments made for confirmed accommodations, facilitators, venues, or third-party services are non-refundable once such services have been secured.

Payment processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Transfer of Booking

Bookings are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person.

6. Force Majeure

Wisal Retreats shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, Wisal Retreats may offer credit toward a future retreat. Refunds are not guaranteed under force majeure conditions.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
